Quartino Ristorante & Wine Bar, part of Gibsons Restaurant Group, first opened in 2005 in Chicago’s vibrant River North neighborhood. In June 2023, we proudly opened our second location at Grandscape in The Colony, Texas. At Quartino, we celebrate the traditions of Italian dining with a focus on authenticity, hospitality, and teamwork. Just as our menu is built around shared plates and regional specialties, our workplace thrives on collaboration, respect, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
